About the Role:
We are seeking a talented, motivated mid- to senior frontend developer to join our forward-deployed engineering team. You will be responsible for building highly responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web and mobile applications. You will work closely with sales, design, product, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, impactful user experiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into code
- Develop and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS and NextJS.
- Build and deploy mobile applications using relevant mobile app frameworks or libraries (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
- Optimise application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement innovative features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s engineering best practices
Key Deliverables:
- Deliver high-performance, user-facing applications, targeting a load time of under 3 seconds for critical pages.
- Ensure 95% test coverage for all new frontend modules and components to maintain code quality.
- Complete and deploy new features on time, in line with the product roadmap, meeting defined user experience and engagement metrics.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Expertise in ReactJS and its ecosystem, including state management and hooks.
- Strong experience with NextJS for server-side rendering and static generation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
