About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Midwife to deliver member-centered maternal and neonatal care across our clinics. You will ensure safe clinical practices, member satisfaction, and contribute to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Member Care: Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, including assessments, treatment planning, and safe delivery practices.
  • Collaboration with Doctors: Work closely with doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns.
  • Education & Support: Educate and support mothers, families, and caregivers on maternal health, newborn care, and family planning.
  • Accurate Records: Maintain complete and precise maternal and neonatal records.
  • Safe Environment: Promote a safe and positive environment for mothers and babies.
  • WOW Service: Go above and beyond to serve members, prospective or existing.
  • Outreach & Enrollment: Work with other team members to sign up new members through outreach, canvassing, and related activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Midwifery
  • Current and valid Midwifery license in good standing
  • Valid Nursing & Midwifery Council license
  • Minimum of 4 years of clinical midwifery experience
  • Strong understanding of maternal health systems, insurance benefits, and medical terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and healthcare providers
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, cloud applications, and research tools
  • Passion for delivering exceptional maternal and neonatal care and improving health outcomes

Growth Path

Locum team members will also have the opportunity to transition into full-time roles when the need arises, based on performance, commitment, and organizational requirements.
