About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Radiologist with at least 5 years of clinical practice to deliver member-centred diagnostic imaging services across our clinics. You will ensure accurate interpretation of imaging studies, contribute to safe medical practices, and support operational efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnostic Imaging: Perform and interpret X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and other imaging modalities.
  • Clinical Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to guide diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Member Care: Communicate imaging results clearly and compassionately to members and families.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure imaging procedures meet safety standards and best practices.
  • Education & Counseling: Guide preventive care and imaging-related health education.
  • Accurate Records: Maintain complete and precise imaging reports in electronic health systems.
  • WOW Service: Go above and beyond to serve members, prospective or existing.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior radiology staff and contribute to continuous improvement in clinical operations.

Qualifications

  • MBChB or equivalent medical degree, with specialization in Radiology
  • Current and valid license with the Ghana Medical and Dental Council
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification radiology experience
  • Strong expertise in diagnostic imaging techniques and interpretation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and healthcare providers
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and imaging software
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, cloud applications, and research tools
  • Passion for delivering exceptional member care and improving health outcomes
