The Rivia WhatsApp Community exists to support registered Rivia members by providing:

• General health information and education
• Official updates and announcements from Rivia
• Community engagement and interaction
• Information on Rivia services, initiatives, and approved partners

This community is intended strictly for informational and engagement purposes and does not replace professional medical consultation or care.

2. Eligibility and Membership

• Membership is strictly limited to registered Rivia members.
• By joining the Rivia WhatsApp Community, members agree to comply with this policy.
• Rivia reserves the right to verify membership eligibility at any time and remove users who do not meet the criteria.

3. Community Engagement Guidelines

Members are expected to:

• All shared content must be approved by Rivia administrators.

  • Information on Rivia services and approved partner offerings

6. Moderation and Administration

• The community is moderated exclusively by Rivia staff.
• Rivia administrators have full authority to:
  • Delete messages without prior notice
  • Restrict posting or participation
  • Remove members from the community
  • Take any action necessary to maintain community standards

7. Privacy, Data Protection, and Disclaimers

• Members are strongly advised not to share personal or sensitive medical information in the community.
• Rivia will not request sensitive medical or personal data within the WhatsApp Community.
• Rivia is not responsible for information, opinions, or advice shared by community members.
• The community should not be treated as confidential or as a substitute for medical consultation.

8. Enforcement and Consequences

• Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Formal warnings
  • Temporary restrictions
  • Permanent removal from the community
• Serious violations may result in immediate removal without warning.
